BAHGYA GLOBAL LIMITED supplies fabric by the roll and by the metre to makers, ateliers and retailers. Here is exactly how we trade.
- 30 metres per colour, per fabric.
- £250 minimum order value for first-time trade accounts.
- £150 minimum on repeat orders.
- Cut-length sampling: 0.5 m swatches, up to 6 free per account.
- Listed prices are ex-VAT trade prices per metre.
- 5% off orders over 300 m, 10% over 1,000 m.
- Bespoke dye lots quoted individually (500 m minimum).
- Prices held for 30 days from written quotation.
- Pro-forma payment on first order.
- 30-day account terms available after three settled orders.
- Bank transfer (GBP) or card. VAT charged where applicable.
- Bespoke and dyed-to-order goods: 30% deposit, non-refundable.
- In-stock fabrics dispatched within 2 working days.
- UK mainland delivery 2–4 working days, £9.50 or free over £500.
- EU 4–7 working days; rest of world 7–14, quoted per consignment.
- Mill-direct and dyed-to-order goods: 3–5 weeks.
Returns, claims & compliance
Quality claims must be raised within 10 working days of delivery, before cutting. Uncut, unwashed rolls in original packaging may be returned within 14 days; a 15% restocking fee applies.
Dye lots vary slightly between production runs. We recommend ordering the full quantity for a project in one lot; we will reserve stock for 7 days against a confirmed quote.
